Onvo L80

Onvo president said L80 orders are slightly better compared to the L90's performance during the same period last year.

The Onvo L80 is available for pre-sales starting at 245,800 yuan ($35,940) including the battery pack, 7.52% lower than the L90.

Onvo's upcoming L80 five-seat SUV will offer both LiDAR and pure vision options, mirroring the strategy used on the L90.

The Onvo L80 features up to 2,840 liters of total storage space, claiming to be the five-seat SUV with the largest cargo capacity in China.

The Nio ES8 Mirrorblack Edition starts at 456,800 yuan ($66,820) including the battery pack, which is 12.29% higher than the regular ES8.

To break through industry headwinds, Nio plans to concentrate resources in the second quarter to ensure the smooth launch of the Nio ES9 and Onvo L80.

The 2026 model of the Onvo L90 will be released in late April, adding a flagship smart driving version equipped with LiDAR.

Nio ES9 deliveries are scheduled to begin on June 1, with the Nio team still considering whether to introduce more affordable versions without the SkyRide chassis system.

The LiDAR-equipped Onvo L90 is scheduled for launch in the second quarter and will carry a higher price tag.

Onvo had originally planned to launch the L80 five-seat SUV in the fourth quarter of this year but delayed it due to tight factory capacity.
