Zeekr will partner with local car distributors, with deliveries of right-hand drive Zeekr vehicles in Thailand set to begin in the third quarter.

An Zeekr executive expected the updated Zeekr 001 to receive more than 30,000 firm orders within the first month of availability.

Zeekr will launch the Zeekr 001 and Zeekr X in the Philippines, with both models expected to begin local pre-sales and deliveries in the second quarter.

Upgraded specifications and lower prices are expected to keep the Zeekr 001 competitive amid fierce price competition, thus helping Zeekr achieve its goal of doubling sales this year.

The Zeekr 001, Zeekr's first model, was launched on April 17, 2021 and has been the company's main seller.
