Tesla Superchargers

To date, Tesla has more than 1,300 Supercharger stations in the Chinese mainland, offering more than 9,000 Superchargers.

Tesla announced the development today as China approaches the traditional Mid-Autumn Festival holiday over the weekend, which is typically a peak travel time.

Tesla had more than 1,200 Supercharger stations and nearly 9,000 Superchargers in the Chinese mainland as of August 30.

In the Chinese mainland, Tesla has opened more than 1,200 Supercharger stations, including more than 8,900 charging piles.

To date, Nio's charging stations have provided a total of 9.6 million charging services and currently provide an average of over 30,000 services per day.

In the first half of the year, Tesla added more than 200 Supercharger stations in the Chinese mainland, including 700 Superchargers.

Tesla managed to add some charging facilities in the Chinese mainland in May, even though Covid still poses a serious challenge to its business operations.

This comes seven months after Tesla installed its 30,000th Supercharger worldwide.
