BYD Yuan

The Yuan family of models sold 39,160 units in April, making it the second highest-selling BYD model for the month.

BYD has offered some discounts on the Seal, Song Plus, Yuan Plus and Dolphin in the price war in the Chinese auto industry over the past two months.

BYD started offering discounts for the Yuan Plus and Dolphin, after it was already offering discounts for the Seal and Song Plus.

The Qin family of models sold a record 40,850 units in March, surpassing the Song family's 40,510 units to become the best-selling BYD model for the month.

Song family models priced around RMB 150,000 contributed 27 percent of BYD's total passenger car sales in February.

The first 500 units of the BYD Atto 3 are expected to be delivered to Indian consumers starting in January 2023, with the company aiming to sell 15,000 units of the model locally by 2023.

BYD has been selling its new energy passenger vehicles in partnership with local dealers since 2020 and has delivered nearly 3,000 units in the country to date.

The model's name in Costa Rica is the same as the Chinese version, unlike in other markets where the name Atto 3 is used.

BYD did not announce a price for the model in Singapore; it is priced in China at RMB 137,800 ($20,590) to RMB 165,800 after subsidies.

In addition to Macau in Australia, BYD is launching the model in Singapore in the second quarter of 2022.
