Zeekr Group delivers 43,012 cars in Jun, with 16,702 under Zeekr brand

Zeekr Group delivers 43,012 cars in Jun, with 16,702 under Zeekr brand

Zeekr Group (NYSE: ZK) delivered 43,012 vehicles in June, a decrease of 7.58 percent from the 46,538 vehicles delivered in May, ending three consecutive months of sequential growth, according to data released today.

The Zeekr brand delivered 16,702 vehicles in June, a year-on-year decrease of 16.93 percent and a month-on-month decrease of 11.67 percent.

Lynk & Co delivered 26,310 vehicles in June, up 7.66 percent year-on-year but down 4.78 percent from May.

This is the fifth delivery figure announced by Zeekr Group following the integration of the Lynk & Co and Zeekr brands, with combined deliveries for the two brands down 3.44 percent year-on-year, according to data compiled by CnEVPost.

In the second quarter, the Zeekr Group delivered 130,866 vehicles, a 9.28 percent increase year-on-year and a 14.78 percent increase quarter-on-quarter.

The Zeekr brand delivered 49,337 vehicles in the second quarter, a year-on-year decrease of 9.99 percent, but an increase of 19.16 percent compared to the first quarter.

Lynk & Co delivered 81,529 vehicles in the second quarter, a year-on-year increase of 25.54 percent, and an increase of 12.29 percent compared to the first quarter.

In the first half of the year, Zeekr Group delivered 244,877 vehicles, up 14.50 percent year-on-year. This includes 90,740 vehicles from the Zeekr brand, up 3.27 percent year-on-year, and 154,137 vehicles from Lynk & Co, up 22.33 percent year-on-year.

In November last year, the Zeekr brand announced a series of transactions that would give it a 51 percent stake in Lynk & Co. On February 14, Zeekr announced that these transactions had been completed.

In 2025, Zeekr Group aimed to achieve 40 percent growth, with annual sales of 710,000 vehicles, according to a letter from CEO Andy An on February 14.

On May 7, Geely announced that it had submitted a non-binding offer letter to Zeekr proposing to take the company private.

Geely currently holds about 65.7 percent of Zeekr's shares. If the privatization is completed, Zeekr will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Geely and will delist from the NYSE.

The Zeekr 8X could be a smaller and less expensive hybrid SUV than the Zeekr 9X.
