For the full year 2024, Nio had 205,300 insurance registrations in China, ranking 5th among the new car-making brands.

Xiaomi had 4,600 insurance registrations last week, Li Auto 6,700, Xpeng 7,000, Zeekr 5,000, Leapmotor 4,300 and Aito 6,100.

Through the partnership, more than 20,000 charging piles operated by the two companies will cover 420 cities in China for customers of Xpeng and Volkswagen.

Xpeng delivered a record 36,695 cars in December, including over 15,000 units of the Mona M03.

Deutsche Bank analysts expect deliveries to double in 2025 for both Nio and Xpeng, with Li Auto growing 40 percent.

In the fourth quarter, Xpeng delivered a record 91,507 cars, exceeding the upper end of its guidance range of 87,000 to 91,000 units.

Xiaomi had 6,700 insurance registrations last week, Li Auto 13,400, Xpeng 10,100, Zeekr 8,900, Leapmotor 9,200 and Aito 8,200.

Xpeng CEO has revealed the company's key tasks for 2025 and his view of the market in an internal letter, telling employees to prepare for tougher competition.

Xpeng said its factory is in full swing producing the Mona M03, with an average of one car rolling off the assembly line every 72 seconds.

Xiaomi EV's charging map has access to over 14,000 Nio chargers, over 9,000 Xpeng chargers, and over 6,000 Li Auto chargers.
