Xiaomi had 6,700 insurance registrations last week, Li Auto 13,400, Xpeng 10,100, Zeekr 8,900, Leapmotor 9,200 and Aito 8,200.

Xiaomi has launched a special red exterior color for the SU7, which will be available starting January 1, as marketing about the hot-selling model continues.

Xiaomi EV said it has delivered more than 130,000 units of the SU7, as the electric sedan marks the one-year anniversary from its debut.

Xiaomi EV's charging map has access to over 14,000 Nio chargers, over 9,000 Xpeng chargers, and over 6,000 Li Auto chargers.

Onvo had 2,100 insurance registrations last week, Li Auto 13,900, Xpeng 7,400, Zeekr 5,300, Leapmotor 10,300 and Aito 7,700.

Xiaomi EV said it has entered into partnerships with Nio, Xpeng, and Li Auto on charging network. This comes after 14 brands announced access to Nio's charging network.

Xiaomi EV is assembling a team for selling cars overseas and will sell small batches of cars in several regions in recent years to test market response, according to local media.

Onvo had 1,430 insurance registrations last week, Li Auto 12,600, Xpeng 7,000, Zeekr 5,400, Leapmotor 8,500 and Aito 6,000.

Xiaomi EV has shared more images of the exterior of the YU7, an SUV that is expected to hit the market in June or July 2025.
