The Yuan Up, rebranded locally as the Atto 2, is the ninth model BYD has launched in Europe.

The Yuan Up has been rebranded as the Atto 2 in Europe, with a local launch expected next month.

The first two BYD stores opened in Estonia and began pre-sales of four BYD NEV models.

BYD Changzhou is the second ship for which BYD is the owner and the second after BYD Hefei to be named after a city where its production site is located.

BYD has launched the Sealion 07 EV in Norway -- rebranded locally as the Sealion 7 -- after launching the electric SUV in other European markets earlier this month.

The Sealion 07 EV, renamed Sealion 7 in Europe, is expected to be delivered to the first European customers by the end of this year.

BYD unveiled its E-VALI electric light commercial vehicle at the IAA Transportation 2024 event, and has entered into a partnership with France's CEVA Logistics to deliver four ETH8 all-electric trucks to it in January 2025.

BYD has so far offered seven models in more than 20 countries in Europe.

BYD has signed a memorandum of understanding with Ayvens to distribute electric passenger cars and light commercial vehicles for European customers.

BYD's Dolphin and Seal U will be introduced to Greece next.
