Zeekr, the premium EV brand under Geely Auto, announced today that cumulative deliveries of its flagship hybrid SUV, the Zeekr 9X, have surpassed 50,000 units.
The large SUV achieved an average transaction price of RMB 530,000 ($77,600), according to data released by Zeekr. This places it in a very expensive tier among models from local Chinese automakers.
The Zeekr 9X has ranked first in sales among large SUVs in the RMB 500,000 segment for five consecutive months, according to a poster published by Zeekr on Weibo.
The Zeekr 9X was officially launched in September 2025 with a starting price of RMB 465,900.
It is the first hybrid model under the Zeekr brand, aimed at further expanding into the lucrative luxury vehicle market.
The model is built on Geely's SEA-S architecture and features an advanced full-stack 900-volt high-voltage hybrid system.
Its higher-trim versions are equipped with a three-motor megawatt electric drive system, delivering a peak output of up to 1,030 kW.
Backed by this powerful powertrain, the full-size luxury SUV can accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in just 3.1 seconds.
The announcement of the delivery milestone comes just ahead of the Beijing Auto Show. Zeekr plans to showcase its soon-to-be-refreshed Zeekr 009 MPV (multi-purpose vehicle) at the event on April 24.
April 24 and 25 are designated as press days for this year's Beijing Auto Show, dedicated to hosting domestic and international journalists. The general public can visit the exhibition halls from April 28 to May 3.
Zeekr's booth is located at stand A102 in Hall A1 of the Capital International Exhibition Convention Center (CIECC).
Zeekr is accelerating the expansion of its hybrid product lineup and just launched the Zeekr 8X, its second hybrid SUV, last week.
Zeekr is speeding up the development of global versions for the 9X and 8X, which are expected to be introduced to overseas markets as early as the third quarter, Geely Auto Group CEO Jerry Gan said last week.
