The Chinese electric vehicle (EV) maker announced on June 1 that it delivered 33,525 vehicles in May, but did not disclose breakdown figures by model.

Now, domestic automotive media outlet Yiche has shared data from the China Passenger Car Association (CPCA) showing the performance of different models.

The Mona M03 delivered 10,900 vehicles in May, marking the ninth consecutive month exceeding 10,000 units, though this represents a 23.29 percent decrease from April's 14,210 deliveries.

The electric sedan accounted for 32.51 percent of Xpeng's May deliveries, marking the first time since September last year that it fell below 40 percent.

From January to May, the Mona M03 delivered 72,240 units, contributing 44.43 percent of Xpeng's deliveries during the same period.

The Mona M03 was launched on August 27, 2024, with three variants announced at the time: 515, 620, and 580 Max, with starting prices of RMB 119,800 ($16,680), RMB 129,800, and RMB 155,800, respectively.

On May 28, the Max variants of the Mona M03 was officially launched, offering enhanced smart driving capabilities.

In addition to the Mona M03, Xpeng currently delivers the P7+ sedan, G6 SUV (sport utility vehicle), G9 SUV, X9 MPV (multi-purpose vehicle), and P7 series sedans.

The Xpeng G6 delivered 7,951 units in May, representing a year-on-year increase of 136.50 percent and a month-on-month increase of 2.16 percent from April's 7,783 units.

The SUV accounted for 23.72 percent of Xpeng's May deliveries, making it the company's second-best-selling model.

From January to May, the G6 delivered 28,871 units, marking a year-on-year increase of 190.72 percent.

Xpeng launched updated versions of the G6 and G9 SUVs on March 13, featuring upgraded configurations and reduced prices.

The P7+ delivered 6,601 units in May, accounting for 19.69 percent of Xpeng's monthly deliveries. This delivery volume decreased by 10.70 percent from April's 7,392 units.

Xpeng launched the P7+ on November 7, 2024, with a starting price of RMB 186,800.

The Xpeng G9 delivered 4,221 units in May, up 37.58 percent year-on-year and up 37.58 percent month-on-month.

From January to May, the G9 delivered 12,894 units, up 39.56 percent year-on-year.

Xpeng delivered 3,227 units of the X9 in May, the second-highest monthly figure on record, trailing only the 3,946 units delivered in March 2024. This represents a year-on-year increase of 98.58 percent and a month-on-month increase of 35.36 percent.

On April 15, Xpeng unveiled the 2025 model year X9 and plans to launch the MPV model in Europe later this year.

From January to May, the X9 delivered 9,129 units, a year-on-year decrease of 20.31 percent.

The Xpeng P7 series delivered 144 units in May, a year-on-year decrease of 90.22 percent and a month-on-month decrease of 30.77 percent.

The P7 series includes the P7 and P7i. Currently, the Xpeng website only displays the P7i.
