Xpeng has more than 2,000 charging stations with over 10,000 chargers, while BP Pulse has more than 1,000 charging stations and 23,000 chargers in China.

Through the partnership, more than 20,000 charging piles operated by the two companies will cover 420 cities in China for customers of Xpeng and Volkswagen.

Xiaomi EV said it has entered into partnerships with Nio, Xpeng, and Li Auto on charging network. This comes after 14 brands announced access to Nio's charging network.

Nio's battery swap network has completed coverage of 18 of China's busiest highways, reaching 913 stations along them.

In November, 27,121 Nio users used the battery swap service for the first time.

Nio today put 10 new battery swap stations into operation in China, bringing the total to 2,702 as it celebrates its 10th anniversary.
