The BYD Dolphin will be available for pre-order this summer, with deliveries in the fourth quarter, and the Seal will be available in Europe shortly thereafter, BYD said.

The initial order will include the BYD Atto 3, which will be available under the so-called Salary Sacrifice program.

The BYD Atto 3 will start at £36,490 ($43,230) in the UK and deliveries there will begin on March 15.

This is CATL's first direct partnership with an asset management company that operates energy storage projects, and the two will work to expand the partnership to 10 GWh.
