Zeekr will launch updated versions of the Zeekr 007 electric sedan and Zeekr 007 GT shooting brake in China within months, featuring upgraded smart driving hardware and electrical systems.
Both updated models will go on sale in the second quarter, featuring versions equipped with the next-generation Nvidia Drive Thor-U assisted driving chip and a 900-volt high-voltage architecture, the Geely Auto (HKG: 0175, OTCMKTS: GELYF) unit announced Friday.
Their interior designs will not undergo significant changes, Zeekr said.
During the product transition, Zeekr is offering limited-time incentives for the Zeekr 007 GT, including 5-year zero-interest financing.
In August 2025, Zeekr announced plans to complete updates for four models — the Zeekr 007, Zeekr X, Zeekr 001, and Zeekr 7X — by the end of 2025.
However, in October last year, Zeekr announced it would delay the launch of the updated Zeekr 007 to the second quarter of 2026, stating it would prioritize ensuring deliveries of current models.
The company updated the Zeekr 001, Zeekr X, and Zeekr 7X last year and launched the all-new Zeekr 9X hybrid SUV (sport utility vehicle).
The current Zeekr 007 is built on an 800-volt high-voltage architecture, with four variants starting at RMB 209,900 ($30,120), RMB 229,900, RMB 229,900, and RMB 299,900 respectively.
The Zeekr 007 GT also utilizes the 800-volt architecture, with three variants starting at RMB 202,900, RMB 222,900, and RMB 232,900 respectively.
Both models come standard with two Nvidia Orin X chips, delivering 508 TOPS of computing power.
