Zeekr is expanding its limited-time purchase benefits from just the Zeekr 001 to cover two more of its models as the Geely Holding Group's premium electric vehicle (EV) subsidiary strives to meet its full-year sales goals.

Customers in China who purchase the full range of Zeekr models between October 16 and December 31 will be eligible for new purchase entitlements, the company announced today.

Zeekr models currently on sale include the Zeekr 001 shooting brake, Zeekr 009 MPV, and Zeekr X urban SUV.

With multiple benefits, the Zeekr 001 offers up to RMB 80,000 ($11,000) in limited-time car purchase benefits, the Zeekr X offers up to RMB 51,000 in benefits, and the Zeekr 009 offers up to RMB 16,000 in benefits, the company said.

This is the latest move by Zeekr to boost sales, after the company announced on August 11 that customers who buy the Zeekr 001 during the year could receive price discounts ranging from RMB 30,000 to RMB 37,000.

It's worth noting that the purchase benefits announced by Zeekr today are different from the price discounts previously offered on the Zeekr 001, as customers won't be able to enjoy lower purchase prices, but they will be able to get more optional benefits for the same prices.

In the case of the Zeekr X, for example, for customers purchasing within the year, they can receive benefits including a RMB 16,000 option fund, some premium colors and wheel upgrades from paid to free, and a three-year 0 percent interest loan.

Along with announcing these new benefits, Zeekr said it has accumulated more than 160,000 deliveries since it began delivering its first car two years ago.

The Zeekr 001, Zeekr's first model, was launched on April 17, 2021, and deliveries began in October 2021.

On November 1, 2022, the Zeekr 009 was launched and its deliveries began on January 17. On April 12, the Zeekr X was launched and its deliveries took place on June 12.

At the end of September, Zeekr's cumulative historical deliveries of these three models stood at 156,976 units, including 12,053 in September, data monitored by CnEVPost show.

Zeekr is aiming to double its deliveries this year from last year to about 140,000 units, meaning it would need to deliver an average of about 20,300 vehicles a month in the fourth quarter to reach its goal.
