Zeekr delivered a record number of vehicles in May for the second consecutive month, surpassing April's 16,089 vehicles.

During the May 1-26 period, insurance registrations for Nio vehicles were 15,400, Tesla 43,900, BYD 209,900 and Xiaomi 6,700.

Between May 1-19, Nio had 10,000 insurance registrations, Tesla 30,800, BYD 154,900, Xiaomi 4,000, Li Auto 18,600, and Xpeng 4,800 units.

For May 1-12, Nio was 5,600, Xpeng 2,800, Li Auto 10,800, Xiaomi 2,000, Tesla 16,900, and BYD 101,300 units.

Zeekr's final pricing sits at the upper end of the range at $21 per ADS, valuing the company at about $5.13 billion, half of Nio's value.

Li Auto had 5,300 insurance registrations last week and Xpeng 1,400.

Zeekr is seeking a valuation of up to $5.13 billion in a US IPO, about half of Nio's current market capitalization of $11.6 billion.

Zeekr delivered 49,148 vehicles in the January-April period, a 110.62 percent year-on-year increase. It has a sales target of 230,000 units this year, double the 2023 figure.

Zeekr has invested more than 7 billion RMB in SEA-M architecture that enables ultimate space, and the Zeekr Mix is the first model based on the architecture.

Starting at $108,970, the Zeekr 009 Grand is a model that Zeekr said will make today's CEOs anxiety-free and more productive.
