Pre-sales for the new Song Plus DM-i start at RMB 169,800 and the Song Plus EV at RMB 179,800.

The Smart #3 is available in three regular versions and a limited edition, with a price range of RMB 209,900 to 289,900.

Nio has produced a batch of the new ES6 and deliveries will begin on May 25. Deliveries of customized vehicles will begin in mid-June.

Including the battery, the new ES6 has a starting price of RMB 368,000 ($52,220) and the 150-kWh semi-solid-state battery pack will be available in July.

This is BYD's latest move to further expand its market share by launching revamped models to make prices lower, following the launch of the 2023 Han EV, as well as the 2023 Seal.

The Haval brand was for a long time the top-selling in the SUV market in China, but with the rapid growth of the NEV industry, it has lost its dominance to BYD.

The new BYD Seal starts at RMB 189,800, down RMB 23,000 from its predecessor's RMB 212,800.
