That's about 100 days after the L60 was launched, meaning the model has delivered at least 9,767 units so far this month.

Chinese customers ordering the Onvo L60 now have an estimated delivery wait time of 8-10 weeks, down from 10-14 weeks previously.

Deliveries of the L60 are proceeding at a set pace with a goal of delivering more than 10,000 units in a single month in December, Onvo president said.

Onvo aims to have at least 500 stores by March next year and 800-1,000 by the end of 2025, according to local media.

Orders for the Onvo L60 far outperformed those for other models launched at the same time, with production orders already lined up for the first quarter of next year, Onvo president said.

Chinese customers who currently buy the Onvo L60 are expected to get deliveries 10-14 weeks after locking in their orders, down from 12-16 weeks previously.

The new mid-to-large-size SUV will be a key weapon in Onvo's drive to boost deliveries next year, a local media report said.

Nio's sub-brand Onvo has promised that customers ordering L60s now will get deliveries within this year, saying that bottlenecks previously limiting capacity ramp-up are being quickly resolved.

The Onvo L60 is currently only available with a 60-kWh battery pack, and deliveries of long-range vehicles with an 85-kWh pack are expected to begin in December.

Onvo L60 production capacity is expected to reach 10,000 units in December, at least 16,000 units in January and 20,000 units by March, William Li said.
