Dongfeng Motor's premium electric off-road brand, M-Hero, has plugged into Nio's charging network, becoming the 12th brand to do so.

Jiyue said it has taken its partnership with Nio on charging a step further, with owners being able to plug and charge at some Nio chargers.

This is the first project to begin implementation since Nio and FAW Group announced a strategic partnership framework agreement a month ago.

Neither Nio nor Astronergy have released details about the partnership. A reasonable guess is that Nio may install photovoltaic panels on the roofs of more battery swap stations.
