The model is designed to challenge domestic Chinese rivals such as BYD's Sealion 06 and Changan's Nevo Q07.

The Electra E7 is equipped with the Zhenlong plug-in hybrid system, which consists of a 1.5-liter engine and an electric motor with a maximum output of 165 kW.

It features a 32.6-kilowatt-hour battery pack, delivering a pure electric range of 230 kilometers under CLTC conditions. When fully fueled and charged, it boasts a combined range of up to 1,630 kilometers.
