- The current Stelato S9 sedan measures 5,160 mm in length and offers both BEV and EREV options, with a starting price of RMB 309,800 ($43,490).
- The Stelato S9 was initially launched on August 26, 2024, targeting the premium executive sedan segment.

Stelato, a new brand jointly developed by Huawei and Beijing Automotive Group (BAIC Group), announced today that pre-orders for the updated S9 sedan will open at 10:08 am Beijing time on November 7.
Stelato revealed the plan on Weibo today, sharing a poster of the updated S9.
The Stelato S9 is a mid-to-large executive sedan measuring 5,160 mm in length, 1,987 mm in width, and 1,486 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,050 mm.
The currently available Stelato S9 offers three battery electric vehicle (BEV) variants and three extended-range electric vehicle (EREV) variants, with starting prices ranging from RMB 309,800 ($43,490) to RMB 449,800.
Stelato mentioned plans late last month for an updated S9, with shared images indicating the model will debut its own logo for the first time.
Neither the S9 nor Stelato's other model, the S9T wagon, previously featured their own logos, instead displaying the Stelato lettering on the front face.
Stelato is one of five automotive brands under Huawei's HIMA (Harmony Intelligent Mobility Alliance) umbrella, alongside Seres Group's Aito, Chery's (HKG: 9973) Luxeed, Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Corp's (JAC) Maextro, and SAIC's Shangjie.
The Stelato S9 was initially launched at Huawei's August 6, 2024 product launch event, with deliveries commencing September 7 last year.
On September 16, the brand launched its second model, the S9T -- a wagon variant based on the Stelato S9. This market segment, once niche, is now seeing a growing number of available models.
On November 2, Stelato celebrated the production of its 10,000th S9T.
Models under the HIMA business delivered a record 68,216 units in October, according to data released by the business on November 1. Stelato's October delivery figures were not disclosed.
