Stelato, a new brand jointly developed by Huawei and Beijing Automotive Group (BAIC Group), will begin pre-sales of the S9T station wagon on August 18, the brand announced today on Weibo.
Stelato shared several new images of the S9T on Weibo today, showcasing the interior space of the model.
Stelato announced on Weibo on July 31 that the S9T will hit the market in September.
On August 4, the brand said that the S9T station wagon will be available in showrooms by the end of this month.
Stelato is one of five automotive brands under HIMA, the other four being Aito from Seres Group, Luxeed from Chery, Maextro from Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group (JAC), and Shangjie from SAIC.
Stelato's current sole model is the Stelato S9, which was launched on August 6, 2024, targeting the premium sedan market, with a starting price of RMB 309,800 ($43,110).
As a mid-to-large-size executive sedan, the Stelato S9 measures 5,160 mm in length, 1,987 mm in width, and 1,486 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,050 mm.
The Stelato S9T is the station wagon variant of the Stelato S9. This market was originally a niche segment but is now seeing an increasing number of available models.
