Waiting times for the ET5, ET5 Touring, EC7, and ES8 all went from 3-4 weeks to 2-3 weeks today.

Four of 's (NYSE: NIO) eight models saw slightly shorter wait times, with the majority now seeing expected delivery dates of 2-3 weeks.

The electric vehicle (EV) maker currently sells the ES8, ES7, ES6, EC7, EC6, ET7, ET5, and ET5 Touring, the first five of which are SUVs and the last three are sedans.

The ES is Nio's regular SUV lineup, the EC is Nio's coupe SUV lineup, and the ET is the sedan lineup. The ET9, unveiled on Nio Day 2023, December 23, 2023, will begin deliveries in the first quarter of 2025.

Wait times for the ET5, ET5 Touring, EC7, and ES8 all went from 3-4 weeks previously to 2-3 weeks today, according to Nio's vehicle configurator information monitored by CnEVPost.

Wait times for all four models went from 2-3 weeks to 3-4 weeks on December 20. The latest change means that their expected delivery dates are back to where they were before the last change.

The wait times for the other four models remain unchanged, with the ES6 and EC6 still both at 2-3 weeks, and the ET7 and ES7 still both at 4-5 weeks.

The ES8 and EC7 are the highest-priced Nio models currently available, with starting prices of RMB 498,000 ($69,630) and RMB 458,000, respectively, including the battery.

The ES7 starts at RMB 438,000, the ET7 at RMB 428,000, the EC6 at RMB 358,000, the ES6 at RMB 338,000, and the ET5 and ET5 Touring at RMB 298,000.

Nio began accepting reservations for the ET9 when it unveiled the model on December 23, with a pre-sale price of RMB 800,000, and deliveries will begin in the first quarter of 2025.

Nio delivered 18,012 vehicles in December, the third highest on record, behind 20,462 in July and 19,329 in August, according to figures it announced on January 1.

The company delivered 50,045 vehicles in the fourth quarter, exceeding the upper end of its previous guidance range of 47,000 to 49,000 vehicles. That was up 24.95 percent year-on-year, but down 9.72 percent from the third quarter.

For the full year 2023, Nio delivered 160,038 vehicles, up 30.66 percent year-on-year.
