The ES6 and ET5 Touring remain the top models in terms of deliveries, together contributing 55.86 percent of November's volume.

Nio (NYSE: NIO) released figures earlier this month showing it delivered 15,959 vehicles in November, essentially flat from October's 16,074, with no model-specific breakdowns provided. Now, those numbers are available, showing how different models are performing.

Nio currently sells the ES8, ES7, ES6, EC7, EC6, ET7, ET5, and ET5 Touring, the first five of which are SUVs and the last three sedans.

Overall, the ES6 remains the best-selling Nio model, but deliveries decreased slightly from October. The ET5 Touring remains the second-highest-delivered Nio model, with a slight increase from October.

The Nio ES6 delivered 5,666 units in November, up 194.03 percent from 1,927 a year ago but down 3.56 percent from 5,875 in October, data from the China Passenger Car Association (CPCA) shared by local automotive media Yiche showed.

The SUV contributed 35.5 percent to Nio deliveries in November, down from 36.55 percent in October and 50.48 percent in September, CnEVPost's calculations show.

In the January-November period, the ES6 delivered 49,596 units, up 23.13 percent year-on-year.

The ES6, Nio's second production vehicle, was initially launched at the Nio Day 2018 event held on December 15, 2018, and it has been Nio's least expensive SUV.

On May 24, Nio launched the new ES6, which is based on the NT 2.0 platform, and began deliveries on the night of its launch. The model now starts at RMB 338,000 ($47,170) in China.

The ET5 Touring delivered 3,248 units in November, up 4.61 percent from 3,105 units in October. The model contributed 20.35 percent of the Nio's deliveries in November, up from 19.32 percent in October.

The ET5 Touring went on sale in China on June 15 and deliveries began on June 16. By the end of November, a total of 18,030 units of the model had been delivered since its launch.

Pricing for the ET5 Touring is the same as the regular ET5, starting at RMB 298,000 for the version with a 75-kWh battery pack and RMB 356,000 for the 100-kWh version.

The regular ET5 delivered 1,913 units in November, down 35.55 percent from 2,968 a year earlier, and up 23.34 percent from 1,551 units in October, contributing 11.99 percent of Nio's monthly deliveries.

Nio launched the ET5, the company's second sedan after the ET7, at Nio Day 2021 in December 2021, with first deliveries starting on September 30, 2022. By the end of November, 38,681 units of the regular ET5 had been delivered this year.

The EC6 coupe SUV delivered 2,739 units in November, up 446.71 percent year-on-year and up 7.45 percent from 2,549 units in October.

The EC6 contributed 17.16 percent of Nio's deliveries in November, up from 15.86 percent in October.

The EC6 delivered 8,437 units in January-November, down 49.35 percent from 16,657 last year.

The EC6 was initially launched on December 28, 2019, with first deliveries in September 2020. Nio launched the new EC6, based on the NT 2.0 platform, on September 15, with deliveries opening on the night of the launch.

Nio's flagship SUV, the ES8, delivered 1,658 units in November, up 135.18 percent from 705 in the same month last year and down 26.34 percent from 2,251 in October.

The ES8 contributed 10.39 percent of Nio's deliveries in November, down from 14 percent in October. The model delivered 12,554 units in January-November, down 9.31 percent year-on-year.

The ES8, Nio's first production model, was originally launched at Nio Day 2017 on December 16, 2017. At Nio Day 2019 on December 28, 2019, Nio launched an upgraded version of the ES8, still based on the NT 1.0 platform.

On December 24, 2022, Nio launched the new ES8 based on the NT 2.0 platform at the Nio Day 2022 event, with deliveries starting on June 28.

The ES8 is Nio's highest-priced model to date, with a starting price of RMB 498,000 in China.

Nio's other coupe SUV, the EC7, delivered 350 units in November, up 71.57 percent from 204 units in October.

The EC7, which was launched along with the new ES8 on Nio Day 2022 on December 24, 2022, was first delivered on April 28 this year. By the end of November, the model had delivered 3,290 units this year.

Nio's flagship sedan, the ET7, contributed 1.59 percent of Nio's deliveries in November by delivering 253 units. That was 92.11 percent lower than the 3,207 in the same month last year and 23.8 percent lower than the 332 units delivered in October.

In the January-November period, the ET7 delivered 5,177 units, which was 76.14 percent lower year-on-year.

The ET7 was initially launched at the Nio Day 2020 event on January 9, 2021, with deliveries commencing on March 28, 2022. Nio launched the 2023 ET7 on the first day of the Shanghai auto show on April 18 and started its deliveries in mid-May.

The ES7 delivered 132 units in November, down 97.3 percent from 4,897 units in the same month last year and down 36.23 percent from 207 units in October.

The ES7 was launched on June 15, 2022, and deliveries began on August 28, 2022.
