SAIC to debut concept car 'Kun' at Expo Dubai

SAIC, China's largest local car company, will unveil its new concept car, the Kun, at Expo 2020 Dubai, the company said Monday.

SAIC posted nine teaser images of the Kun, a very large fish from ancient Chinese stories, on Weibo.

Expo 2020 Dubai is expected to take place from October 1, 2021, to March 31, 2022, and SAIC will unveil the concept on September 29.

These teaser images show that the concept car has a very short front and rear end, with the middle cockpit taking up most of the space.

The front looks sharp, featuring slim headlights and a ring-shaped light strip.

SAIC says it will be a smart mobility concept car.
