The 16th Nio Space in Shanghai opened today at Bailian Zhonghuan Commerce Plaza, one of the largest shopping malls in the Yangtze River Delta region, located in Putuo District.
Nio's new ES8, ES6, and EC6 models are on display here. The Nio Space will be a window for consumers in northwest Shanghai to experience Nio's cutting-edge technology and delightful lifestyle, the company said.
The Nio Space, which also has a display of home charging piles and a counter for drinks inside, will use the car as a vehicle to create an enjoyable lifestyle for customers from multiple angles, according to Nio.
Nio said that the delivery volunteers in Shanghai have assisted in the delivery of nearly 3,000 new Nio vehicles. Meanwhile, in order to create a better delivery experience, the Baoshan delivery center will be upgraded this weekend.
Nio also said that in order to alleviate the recent queues at battery swap stations, it has installed additional superchargers at almost all of the battery swap stations in Shanghai.
The company also said it is increasing the construction of battery swap stations and expects to build a total of about 40 battery swap stations in Shanghai by the end of 2021.
