On February 18 — the second day of the 2026 Chinese Lunar New Year — Nio reached 158,290 single-day battery swap services, setting a new all-time high, the Chinese electric vehicle (EV) maker announced Thursday.
A Nio battery swap station at Toubao Service Area on the G1523 Ningbo-Dongguan Expressway completed 166 services on February 18, making it the busiest location that day.
A battery swap station at Longhushan Service Area on the G60 Shanghai-Kunming Expressway provided 157 services, ranking as the second-busiest site.
A station at the Gaoqiao Service Area on the G70 Fuzhou-Yinchuan Expressway provided 153 services, ranking third.
