Priced starting at RMB 465,900 ($66,630), the six-seat full-size luxury SUV ranks among the most expensive models from domestic brands.

In China, vehicles priced around RMB 300,000 are considered premium.

Measuring 5,239 mm long, 2,019 mm wide, and 1,819 mm tall with a 3,169 mm wheelbase, the Zeekr 9X ranks among the largest vehicles in the Chinese market.

The hybrid SUV offers battery packs with 55 kWh and 70 kWh capacities, delivering a CLTC battery range of 300 to 380 kilometers.

From its August 29 pre-sales to its September 29 market launch, the Zeekr 9X garnered nearly 80,000 pre-orders, according to Geely senior vice president Victor Yang on Weibo.

On November 21, Zeekr announced cumulative deliveries of the 9X surpassed 10,000 units, with an average selling price of RMB 538,000 per vehicle.

In November, the Zeekr 9X delivered 8,124 units, accounting for 28.17 percent of the brand's total monthly deliveries of 28,843 vehicles, according to data compiled by CnEVPost.

The Zeekr 9X represents Zeekr's latest venture into China's luxury vehicle market following the Zeekr 009, with some variants of the latter starting at RMB 899,000.

Unlike the Zeekr 009, which targets the niche MPV (multi-purpose vehicle) segment, the Zeekr 9X focuses on the more popular SUV market.

Zeekr becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of Geely and ceases trading as a public company.
