Zeekr Group (NYSE: ZK) returned to growth in deliveries last month following a decline in June.
The company delivered 44,193 vehicles in July, up 2.75 percent from 43,012 in June, according to data released today.
The Zeekr brand delivered 16,977 vehicles in July, up 8.44 percent year-on-year and up 1.65 percent month-on-month.
Lynk & Co delivered 27,216 vehicles in July, up 27.94 percent year-on-year and up 3.44 percent from June.
The two brands combined delivered 19.68 percent more vehicles in July compared to the same period last year, according to data compiled by CnEVPost.
In the first seven months of the year, Zeekr Group delivered 289,070 vehicles, up 15.26 percent year-on-year. This includes 107,717 vehicles from the Zeekr brand, up 4.05 percent year-on-year, and 181,353 vehicles from Lynk & Co, up 23.14 percent year-on-year.
In November last year, the Zeekr brand announced a series of transactions that would give it a 51 percent stake in Lynk & Co. On February 14, Zeekr announced that these transactions had been completed.
On May 7, Geely announced that it had submitted a non-binding offer letter to Zeekr proposing to privatize the unit.
On July 15, Geely and Zeekr formally signed the final merger agreement, which is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2025.
