- In the first six months of the year, the Li L6 delivered 96,354 units, accounting for 47.25 percent of Li Auto's deliveries during the same period.
- The Li L6 was initially launched on April 18, 2024, and received an update in May of this year.

Li Auto (NASDAQ: LI) has surpassed 300,000 cumulative deliveries of its Li L6 extended-range SUV (sport utility vehicle), marking a milestone for the company's lowest-priced model.
The company announced the milestone on Weibo today, despite the model's sales having significantly declined compared to the same period last year over the past few months.
The Li L6 was initially launched on April 18, 2024, and reached its 100,000th delivery five months after its launch in September. In January this year, the model's cumulative deliveries reached 200,000 units.
Li Auto launched the updated L-series extended-range electric vehicle (EREV) models, including the Li L6, on May 8, and began deliveries on May 9.
Currently, the Li L6 is available in two trims: Pro and Max, with starting prices of RMB 249,800 ($34,810) and RMB 279,800, respectively.
The Li L6 is Li Auto's best-selling model, with 16,471 units delivered in June, despite a year-on-year decrease of 30.98 percent and a month-on-month decrease of 12.30 percent, according to data compiled by CnEVPost.
From January to June, the Li L6 delivered 96,354 units, accounting for 47.25 percent of Li Auto's total deliveries of 203,938 units during the same period.
Notably, the performance of the updated Li L6 appears to have fallen short of Li Auto's expectations.
Li Auto had lowered its 2025 sales target from 700,000 units to 640,000 units, according to a report by domestic media outlet 21jingji on May 21.
That's primarily because orders for the updated Li L6 did not significantly exceed expectations following its launch, the report cited an industry insider close to Li Auto as saying.
On July 17, 21jingji reported in another article that Li Auto was further lowering its annual sales forecast based on the adjusted 640,000-unit target from the previous round.
The company's sales target may be adjusted to between 580,000 and 600,000 units, but this has not yet been finalized, according to the report, which cited a source.
Li Auto's other models include the Li L7, Li L8, and Li L9 extended-range SUVs, as well as the Li Mega electric MPV (multi-purpose vehicle). It will launch the Li i8, its first pure electric SUV, on July 29.
The Li L7 delivered 8,273 units in June, accounting for 22.80 percent of Li Auto's deliveries for the month.
The Li L8 delivered 4,338 units in June, contributing 11.96 percent of Li Auto's monthly deliveries.
The Li L9 delivered 4,893 units in June, accounting for 13.49 percent of Li Auto's monthly deliveries.
The Li Mega delivered 2,304 units in June, the second highest in history, contributing 6.35 percent of Li Auto's monthly deliveries.
