Zeekr (NYSE: ZK) has launched its latest smart driving system, as competition in the space intensifies.
The electric vehicle (EV) maker released the Zeekr G-Pilot, a smart driving solution it said features door-to-door smart driving capabilities.
As part of Geely's G-Pilot technology offerings, the new Zeekr G-Pilot technology will be available in different levels to meet the differentiated needs of users, according to the company.
All Zeekr models support advanced AES and parking features, with the top-of-the-line Zeekr G-Pilot H9 supporting L3 functionality.
The Zeekr 9X with the Zeekr G-Pilot H9 solution will be the first Zeekr model to support L3 smart driving.
The model will feature dual Nvidia Drive AGX Thor chips with up to 1,400 TOPS of computing power.
The Zeekr 9X will be officially unveiled at the upcoming Shanghai auto show and deliveries are expected to begin in the second half of 2025.
Other Zeekr Group models will also gain G-Pilot capabilities through future OTA updates, according to the company.
The Zeekr G-Pilot solution offers many industry-first smart driving features, such as the General Automated Evasion System (G-AES) and Full-Capacity Vehicle-to-Parking (V2P) intelligent drive, according to Zeekr.
With G-AES, the vehicle is able to continuously avoid unexpected obstacles even at high speeds of 80-130 km/h.
With AI large-scale model training, the system is able to recognize irregular obstacles and continue to learn in the future, according to Zeekr.
Zeekr G-Pilot V2P smart driving allows users to drive and park anywhere, with the recently updated Zeekr's map free urban NZP function.
