Zeekr Group (NYSE: ZK) saw a sequential decline in deliveries last month, as Lynk & Co slipped while the Zeekr brand saw a rebound.
The group delivered 31,277 vehicles in February, up 50.96 percent from 20,719 a year ago, but down 25.56 percent from 42,019 in January, according to data released today.
This is the first monthly delivery figure Zeekr has announced since completing the integration of Lynk & Co.
The Zeekr brand delivered 14,039 vehicles in February, an increase of 86.94 percent from 7,510 in the same month last year and up 17.56 percent from 11,942 in January.
Lynk & Co delivered 17,238 vehicles in February, up 30.50 percent from 13,209 a year ago, but down 42.69 percent from 30,077 in January.
Lynk & Co's 47.9 percent of deliveries in February came from new energy vehicles (NEV, according to today's announcement.
In January-February, Zeekr Group delivered 73,296 vehicles, up 19.31 percent from 61,432 in the same period last year.
The Zeekr brand delivered 25,981 vehicles in the first 2 months of the year, up 29.60 percent from 20,047 in the same period last year.
Lynk & Co delivered 47,315 vehicles in January-February, up 14.33 percent from 41,385 in the same period last year.
Last November, Zeekr announced a series of deals that would give it a 51 percent stake in Lynk & Co. Last month, Zeekr announced the completion of those deals.
In 2025, the Zeekr Group was aiming for 40 percent growth, selling 710,000 vehicles for the year, the company's CEO Andy An said in a February 14 internal letter.
The Zeekr brand would launch three new models in 2025, with a sales target of 320,000 vehicles for the year.
The Lynk & Co brand would introduce two new models in 2025 with a full-year sales target of 390,000 units.
