Li Auto (NASDAQ: LI) today announced that cumulative deliveries of its lowest-priced model, the Li L6 SUV (sport utility vehicle), exceeded 200,000 units.
This comes less than nine months after the Li L6 was launched, the company said, adding that on average, one unit of the model is delivered to a customer every two minutes.
Li Auto launched the Li L6 on April 18, 2024, and deliveries of the extended-range electric vehicle (EREV) model began on April 24.
The five-seat SUV is Li Auto's least expensive model currently on sale and is available in Pro and Max trims with starting prices of RMB 249,800 ($34,070) and RMB 279,800, respectively.
Li Auto's other models include the more expensive extended-range electric vehicle (EREV) SUVs -- the Li L7, Li L8, and Li L9 -- and the Li Mega all-electric MPV (multi-purpose vehicle).
Li Auto delivered a record 58,513 vehicles in December, up 16.21 percent year-on-year and up 20.05 percent from November, according to data released on January 1.
For the full year 2024, Li Auto delivered 500,508 vehicles, up 33.10 percent year-on-year.
Li L6 delivered 192,257 vehicles in 2024, contributing 38.41 percent of Li Auto's full-year deliveries, according to data compiled by CnEVPost.
