“A great tour is about to start, see you tomorrow,” Zeekr said, without mentioning more information.

CnEVPost learnt that the Zeekr 007 GT will be named the Zeekr 7 GT in overseas markets.

Zeekr would launch three all-new models in 2025, one in each of the second through fourth quarters, Zeekr CEO Andy An said on a January 2 Geely Automobile Holdings (HKG: 0175) call about this year's sales targets.

The EV maker would launch a shooting brake model based on the Zeekr 007 electric sedan in the second quarter, An, who is also president of Geely, said at the time.

The Zeekr 001 shooting brake, which initially went on sale on April 15, 2021, is Zeekr's first model.

Having a model with an unconventional design as its first model was seen as a risky move at the time. However, it was later proved to be the right one.

The Zeekr 001 has been one of Zeekr's main sellers since its launch, delivering 76,246 units in 2023, contributing to 64 percent of Zeekr's 118,685 deliveries for the year.

In January-November 2024, the Zeekr 001 delivered 92,289 units, contributing 47.34 percent of Zeekr deliveries in the same period, according to data compiled by CnEVPost.

Zeekr delivered a record 27,190 vehicles in December, bringing full-year deliveries to 222,123 units. A breakdown of December deliveries for its different models is not yet available.

The company officially launched the Zeekr 007 electric sedan on December 27, 2023, its first model aimed at the mainstream EV market.

The Zeekr 007 delivered 44,451 units from January-November 2024, contributing 22.80 percent of Zeekr deliveries in the same period.

Building shooting brake models based on sedans has become a common move for local EV makers.
