Li Auto delivered a record 152,831 vehicles in the third quarter, up 45.4 percent year-on-year and within the guidance range of 145,000 to 155,000 vehicles.
Li Auto (NASDAQ: LI) delivered 53,709 vehicles in September, surpassing its previous record of 51,000 in July to set a new high.
That's up 48.94 percent year-on-year and up 11.61 percent from 48,122 in August.
The record monthly deliveries brought Li Auto to a record 152,831 deliveries in the third quarter, an increase of 45.4 percent year-on-year and within the guidance range of 145,000 to 155,000 units.
Founded in July 2015, Li Auto is one of the major extended-range electric vehicle (EREV) players in China.
Its first model, the Li One EREV, was released in October 2018 and began deliveries in December 2019.
The Li One has now been discontinued and Li Auto's current models on sale are mainly L series EREVs, including the Li L6, Li L7, Li L8, and Li L9. On March 1, its first battery electric vehicle (BEV), the Li Mega MPV (multi-purpose vehicle), went on sale.
The company's order intake for the L series and Li Mega has grown steadily, it said today.
Li Auto will see its one millionth vehicle roll off the production line and delivered in October, a milestone that will signal a new era in the intelligent transformation of new energy vehicles (NEVs), particularly in the development of autonomous driving technologies, the company said.
Li Auto delivered 341,812 vehicles in 2024, bringing cumulative deliveries since inception to 975,176.
As of September 30, 2024, the company had 479 retail stores in 145 cities and 436 service centers and Li Auto authorized body and paint stores in 221 cities.
It operates 894 supercharging stations with 4,286 charging piles across the country.
