Sources say the first Tesla Long-Range Edition Model 3 deliveries will begin in June, just in time for the end of the subsidy transition period.
Some time ago, a number of departments introduced new regulations for the promotion of new energy vehicle subsidies, providing for the enjoyment of new energy vehicles to promote the model, its guide before the selling price needs to be below 300,000 yuan, which has also disrupted the planning of many car models, various car enterprises have also introduced the corresponding price adjustment strategy and car purchase preferential subsidies.
Correspondingly, Tesla lowered the pre-supplement price of its domestic version of the Model 3 to less than 300,000 yuan and 271,550 yuan after the subsidy in order to take advantage of the subsidy.
However, with a starting price of 339,050 yuan for the current Long-range version, it's difficult to get it down to less than 300,000 yuan. And Tesla officials have also released news that there will be no price adjustments to the Model 3long-range version. This also means that the Model 3long-range version will no longer be eligible for the new energy promotion subsidy after the subsidy transition period ends on July 22.
To that end, Tesla will begin delivering the first Long-Range models in June, which will also allow some models to enjoy relatively more subsidies before the New Deal's July 22 transition period for subsidizing new energy vehicles ends.
In addition, as early as April 10, the price of the domestic Model 3long-range rear-drive model was officially announced to the public, subsidized 339,050 yuan, and the domestic Model 3 high-performance all-wheel drive version was also released.
This also means that the Tesla Model 3 is fully domesticated and no more imported models will be sold. Moreover, the price of the domestic Model 3 Performance 4WD model remains unchanged, at 419,800 yuan.
