Xpeng will hold this year's tech day event on November 6, changing from its regular practice of holding the event on October 24 each year for the past five years.

Xpeng and UAE dealer Ali & Sons will open another store in Abu Dhabi next year, in addition to the Dubai store it has opened.

The first production vehicles of the P7+ rolled off the assembly line at Xpeng's Guangzhou production facility today, with the model set to be formally launched and begin deliveries in China in early November.

Deutsche Bank also expects Xpeng to launch six products in 2025 and an additional four new products in 2026.

Orders for the P7+ surpassed 30,000 units just 1 hour and 48 minutes after pre-sales began, Xpeng said.

Pre-sales for the Xpeng P7+ start at RMB 209,800 ($29,610), which is 9.53 percent lower than the Tesla Model 3's starting price of RMB 231,900 in China.

Xpeng has officially unveiled the P7+ electric sedan, calling it the world's first AI car. Its pre-sales will begin on October 14, with the official launch and deliveries to begin in November.

Xpeng is ramping up its robotaxi efforts and is hiring top talent with global market robotaxi experience at high salaries.

Xpeng will unveil its new flagship electric sedan, the P7+, on October 10, with a live video stream beginning at 2:00 pm Beijing time (2:00 am US Eastern time).

Xpeng delivers record 21,352 vehicles in September, with Mona M03 deliveries exceeding 10,000 units.
