Xiaomi has introduced a 7-year low-interest financing incentive for all variants of the YU7, responding to Tesla's move earlier this month.

The YU7 delivered 39,089 units in December, accounting for 77.85% of Xiaomi EV's monthly deliveries.

The updated SU7 comes in single-motor and dual-motor variants, with the single-motor version delivering a peak power output of 235 kW (315 horsepower).

The updated SU7 boasts a CLTC range of up to 902 km, making it one of the longest-range EVs in China.

The updated SU7 sedan will come standard with LiDAR and achieve a major breakthrough in range, Xiaomi's founder said.

Xiaomi targets 550,000 vehicle deliveries in 2026, representing about 34% growth from around 410,000 units in 2025.

Xiaomi EV did not disclose specific figures. It delivered 361,625 vehicles from January to November.

Xiaomi EV plans to launch the SU7 sedan's facelift, an executive edition of the SU7, and two extended-range SUVs in 2026, according to a local media report.

The updated SU7 is said to see a price increase of RMB 20,000 ($2,840), positioning it to compete with the Tesla Model 3 at nearly identical pricing.

The YU7 GT is likely to become Xiaomi's first model launched in the European market, competing with vehicles including the Tesla Model Y Performance.
