Aito took five years to build its first million vehicles and now targets completing the next million within two years.

The new EREV variants of the Aito M7 boast a 327-km battery range, offering a combined range of 1,690 km when fully fueled and charged.

The Aito M6 is expected to target the RMB 250,000 ($35,180) segment family SUV market, according to a local media report.

As of press time, Seres was down 4.79 percent in Hong Kong morning trading, with a market capitalization of HK$217 billion ($27.9 billion).

Seres priced its Hong Kong stock offering at HK$131.50 per share, the upper end of its range.

Seres' net income for the first three quarters totaled RMB 5.31 billion, representing a 31.56 percent increase compared to the same period last year.

Seres submitted its application for a Hong Kong listing in April, aiming to advance its global expansion and establish an international capital operation platform.

The Aito M9, one of the highest-priced models from a Chinese automaker, now offers 4-, 5-, and 6-seat configurations.

The updated M7 starts at RMB 279,800 ($39,350) and offers both BEV and EREV options.
