Compared to gasoline-powered vehicles, the battery swap service has cumulatively saved users more than RMB 20.3 billion ($2.85 billion), Nio said.

Nio users drove 3.36 million kilometers in urban areas using its smart driving features in July, up 93.1 percent from June.
