Rept Battero's Hong Kong-traded shares were included in the Mainland-Hong Kong stock connect mechanism, effective March 4.

CATL's battery installations in January were 20.5 GWh, up 88.1 percent year-on-year, while BYD's were 7.4 GWh, up 34.4 percent year-on-year.

CATL's share of China's EV battery market increased by 4.93 percentage points in January from December, while BYD's share decreased by 4.37 percentage points.

FAW-FinDreams has a total planned capacity of 45 GWh, and will be able to provide blade batteries for nearly 600,000 vehicles when fully operational. Its initial production capacity is 15 GWh.

Pouch-type ternary power battery cells saw the biggest drop, falling 7.3 percent to $0.51 per Wh in January, TrendForce said.
