Xiaomi EV said its March deliveries exceeded 20,000, while deliveries of the new-generation SU7 electric sedan have surppassed 7,000 units.
The Beijing-based tech giant announced the figures in a statement on Wednesday without providing exact numbers. Specific figures are expected to be available in a report from the China Passenger Car Association (CPCA) later this month.
The phrasing of "exceeded 20,000" implies that Xiaomi EV's deliveries in March remained below 30,000, as the SU7 is in a transition period for its facelift.
In February, Xiaomi EV delivered 20,414 vehicles, representing a year-on-year decline of about 14%. It marked the first year-on-year drop, dragged down by the traditional slow season and the SU7 revamp.
The YU7 SUV (sport utility vehicle) held absolute dominance in February, contributing nearly 98% of total deliveries.
The new-generation SU7 was launched on March 19 and began its first deliveries on March 23.
The starting price for the standard version is set at 219,900 yuan ($31,940), giving it a pricing advantage over Tesla's Model 3.
To accelerate early-stage deliveries of the new SU7, Xiaomi began production preparations two months in advance.
The company has set an ambitious annual vehicle delivery target of 550,000 units for 2026, after delivering 411,837 cars in 2025.
