Lynk & Co announced its first station wagon has been officially named the Lynk & Co 07 GT, as the Geely-owned auto brand pushes into a completely new market segment.

The brand announced the naming Tuesday on Weibo, with the model expected to hit the market later this year.

A teaser video released by Lynk & Co shows the new vehicle will retain the brand's signature front-end design language.

To further enhance its sporty appeal, the 07 GT features a large rear spoiler and a roof-mounted LiDAR sensor for advanced driver-assistance systems.

For context, the Lynk & Co 07 EM-P, which was launched last September, also comes standard with LiDAR, offering buyers the option to upgrade to Nvidia’s high-computing Thor chip.

The new wagon project is part of a broader product expansion strategy for Lynk & Co as the company seeks to bolster its competitiveness in the smart electric vehicle race.

Notably, Lynk & Co's sister brand Zeekr already offers two wagons, or shooting brake-style models: the Zeekr 007 GT and the Zeekr 001.

Earlier Tuesday, Zeekr announced it will begin pre-sales for the updated Zeekr 007 lineup, which also includes the Zeekr 007 sedan, on April 2, with the official launch scheduled for April 10.

In addition, Zeekr will roll out a limited fifth-anniversary edition of the Zeekr 001 shooting brake on April 10.

Earlier this month, Lynk & Co announced it will launch a new fully electric sedan Lynk & Co 10 in the second quarter of this year, built on an advanced 900-volt architecture.

The cabin of the Lynk & Co 10 will feature the Flyme Auto 2.0 system, powered by an 8295 chip to enhance voice interaction and ecosystem connectivity.

Founded in 2017, Lynk & Co was established as a joint venture between Geely Auto and Volvo Cars.

In November 2024, Zeekr unveiled a series of transactions to acquire a 51% stake in Lynk & Co. The deal was completed in February 2025.

Official sales data shows Lynk & Co delivered 27,359 vehicles in February, surging 58.71% from the same period a year earlier.

This sales performance outpaced the broader growth of its parent company Geely, which saw total February sales reach 206,160 units, edging up just 0.61% year-on-year.

Lynk & Co officially names its new all-electric sedan the Lynk & Co 10, with a market launch scheduled for the second quarter.
