Nio Inc sub-brand Onvo officially announced the return of the previously limited-edition L60 Black Knight, and the model will now be offered as a regular option and is no longer subject to limited supply constraints.
Onvo announced the decision via its official Weibo account on Tuesday. The L60 Black Knight edition starts at 211,900 yuan ($30,790) for the whole vehicle purchase, or 154,900 yuan if customers choose the BaaS (battery as a service) option.
The pricing remains unchanged from its initial launch last December, which is 5,000 yuan higher than the starting price of the regular L60. Onvo said that the exclusive configurations, originally valued at 11,200 yuan, now cost only 5,000 yuan.
The L60 Black Knight edition originally launched on December 5, 2025, as a limited-edition model with only 666 units available. Based on the entry-level L60, the model features an exclusive black exterior color and black brand logos.
In terms of exterior and interior, the L60 Black Knight edition is equipped with exclusive 20-inch blackened wheels. The cabin features black leather seats, accented with orange stitching and seatbelts.
Powertrain-wise, the model comes standard with a 60-kWh battery pack and a rear-wheel-drive system, offering a CLTC range of 530 kilometers. It delivers a maximum power of 240 kW and a peak torque of 305 Nm.
Onvo's decision to bring back the L60 Black Knight edition comes as the brand faces some sales pressure. In the just-passed February, impacted by the long Chinese New Year holiday, Onvo delivered 2,981 vehicles, down 26.38%year-on-year and 14.36%from January.
To boost market demand in March, Onvo has also rolled out multiple promotional policies. Consumers purchasing a car in March can enjoy a full purchase tax subsidy of up to 10,262 yuan.
In addition, Onvo is offering a 7-year ultra-low interest loan plan, with down payments starting as low as 30,000 yuan. These measures aim to attract more family users and further enhance the L60's appeal in the highly competitive mid-size SUV market.
The L60 is the first model under the Onvo brand, originally launched in September 2024. As a key product for Nio to expand into the mainstream family market, the L60 bears the crucial task of boosting overall sales volume, despite its sluggish performance following the release of the L90.
