Sales of its power and energy storage batteries reached 541 GWh and 121 GWh respectively, helping it maintain the top spot in global market share.

As the world's largest EV battery maker, CATL continued to dominate the global electric vehicle battery market with a 39.2% share in 2025, making it the only battery supplier globally with a market share exceeding 30%, according to data from South Korean market research firm SNE Research.

As of the end of 2025, CATL had established six major R&D centers and 24 battery factories globally.
