The company's other sub-brand, Firefly, has yet to release a native HarmonyOS app. However, users can install the Android version of the Firefly App on Huawei devices via a tool called Zhuoyitong.

On December 31, Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) launched its native HarmonyOS app on Huawei App Gallery, offering features including remote vehicle control, phone key functionality, media control, and air conditioning control.
Huawei initially used the Android operating system on its mobile devices. After being sanctioned by the US and barred from using Google's GMS suite, it began developing its own HarmonyOS system.
HarmonyOS has now become one of the world's largest mobile operating systems after Apple's iOS and Android, powering Huawei's smartphones, tablets, TVs, and other devices.
The number of devices running HarmonyOS 5 and HarmonyOS 6 has surpassed 27 million, while the number of developers building on HarmonyOS has exceeded 10 million, Huawei announced last month.
