Geely Auto (HKG: 0175) sub-brand Geely Galaxy today commenced pre-sales for its V900 extended-range MPV (multi-purpose vehicle), the first model in its V series that will compete against vehicles including the BYD (HKG: 1211, OTCMKTS: BYDDY) Denza D9.
Geely Galaxy offers three V900 variants during pre-sales: Pro, Max, and a Collector's Edition -- all featuring all-wheel drive.
Pre-sales pricing for these variants is RMB 319,800 ($45,730), RMB 349,800, and RMB 389,800 respectively.
The V900 6-seat MPV measures 5,360 mm in length, 1,998 mm in width, and 1,940 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,200 mm.
The vehicle features a 1.5L engine serving as the range extender, delivering a maximum power output of 120 kW. Equipped with dual electric motors, it can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.5 seconds and supports a top speed of 190 km/h.
The vehicle features ternary lithium batteries supplied by CALB (HKG: 3931), with battery capacity options of 43.3 kWh or 50 kWh.
The MPV achieves a CLTC range of 220 km or 260 km on a single charge. With a full tank and fully charged battery, its combined CLTC range reaches 1,180 km or 1,220 km.
The vehicle supports fast charging, reaching 80% charge from 30% in 24 minutes.
The V900 is an extended-range electric vehicle (EREV) version of the L380 MPV developed by Geely's London Electric Vehicle Company (LEVC) and mde its debut at the Guangzhou auto show in November 2025.
The L380 was initially launched on June 25, 2024, as a battery electric vehicle (BEV).
On March 3, 2025, Geely announced the Geely Galaxy would evolve from a product lineup into a new brand, incorporating LEVC as its premium MPV series.
On March 10, Geely Galaxy rolled out the updated LEVC L380 with a starting price of RMB 299,900.
