Li Auto (NASDAQ: LI) saw its vehicle deliveries rebound in March, though they were still well below the highs seen late last year as it underwent a product switch.
The Chinese new energy vehicle (NEV) maker delivered 36,674 vehicles in March, up 26.53 percent year-on-year and up 39.64 percent from February, according to data it released today.

The quarter's deliveries represented a year-on-year increase of 15.50 percent, but a decrease of 41.48 percent compared to the fourth quarter of 2024.
As of March 31, Li Auto's cumulative deliveries stood at 1,226,736 vehicles.
Li Auto's L series, a key contributor to the company's rapid profitability and breakthrough of the RMB 100 billion revenue mark, is expected to achieve the milestone of delivering its 1 millionth vehicle soon, the company said in a statement today.
Pre-orders for the new Li Mega Ultra with upgraded autonomous driving configurations are now open, and more details will be announced at next month's Shanghai auto show, the company said.
As of March 31, the company had 500 retail stores in 150 cities and 502 service centers and Li Auto-authorized body and paint shops in 225 cities.
It also operates 2,045 supercharging stations with 11,038 charging piles in China.
Li Auto's current models on sale include the extended-range electric vehicle (EREV) models Li L9, Li L8, Li L7, Li L6, and the pure electric Li Mega MPV (multi-purpose vehicle).
At the end of February, a Li Auto executive said that the company would upgrade its existing models in May, bringing smart driving hardware upgrades.
On March 21, Li Auto began accepting pre-orders for the updated Li Mega, with deliveries expected to begin in May.
At the end of February, Li Auto announced that its first pure electric SUV model, named Li i8, would be launched in July.
In the second half of this year, Li Auto would also launch Li i6, its other pure electric SUV model, the company's management said during a financial results conference call on March 14.
Li Auto's sales target for this year is 700,000 vehicles, according to a report yesterday by local media outlet 21jingji, which cited multiple independent sources.
