Founded in 2015, Leapmotor was one of the first new car-making forces in China and is expanding overseas in partnership with Stellantis, Europe's second-largest carmaker by sales.
Leapmotor's models currently on sale include the T03, C01, C10, C11, and C16, with all but the T03 offered in both battery electric vehicle (BEV) and extended-range electric vehicle (EREV) variants.
The C16 is the company's latest six-seater SUV, which was officially launched on June 28.

The company expected to begin volume deliveries of the C16 in August, and aims to deliver more than 5,000 units that month, Leapmotor previously said.
Earlier today, Leapmotor announced the rollout of its latest software update for the C11 and C01, bringing NAP (Navigation Assist Pilot) functionality available on highways.
