Avatr 11 will be officially launched in the second quarter of next year, with mass production and first deliveries in the third quarter.
Avatr Technology, previously known as Changan Nio, unveiled the model called Avatr 11 before the official launch of its first model began.
Avatr CEO Tan Benhong said that the model has a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 4 seconds and supports 200KW fast charging.
It is equipped with a smart driving chip with an arithmetic power of 400 Tops, and will be equipped with Huawei's HarmonyOS Smart Cockpit. The computing power is lower than the 1,016 Tops of Nio's ET7 car released earlier in the year and WM Motor's recently released M7 sedan.
Designed by Avatr's German team, the car has a rounded appearance with a closed front and split headlights that are very recognizable.
It also appears to have an electronic display under the front windshield, while LiDAR can be seen at the front and left and right wings, as well as the Huawei HI (Huawei Inside) logo.
Avatr 11 will be officially launched in the second quarter of next year, with mass production and first deliveries in the third quarter.
Avatr said on its official WeChat and Weibo accounts that there will be a live video stream of the launch starting at 20:00 Beijing time. But we didn't see the content of the live stream, only three recorded videos including one introducing the design concept.
Many users on Weibo also expressed their confusion.
