Lixiang Automotive today announced that the 10,000th Lixiang One has been rolled off the production line from the Lixiang Changzhou manufacturing facility.
Although Lixiang's production was affected by the novel coronavirus epidemic in the first quarter of this year, close collaboration with parts suppliers has resulted in a rapid recovery in manufacturing and reduced waiting times for custom car users.
Of the vehicles already delivered to customers, the Lixiang One 6-seat version reaches 96%, with the 6-seat model meeting the needs of most family users.
In terms of exterior colors, users chose gray metallic, silver metallic, and black metallic in the highest percentage. The number of users who chose the BabyBlue Limited Edition Pearl Paint also accumulated to over 1,000.
In terms of interior color, the user has the most choices for brown leather upholstery, followed by white leather upholstery and black leather upholstery.
In terms of wheel styles, the most choices for users are the 20-inch deluxe two-tone wheels, followed by the 20-inch sporty black wheels and sporty gray wheels.
Lixiang said that the new version of the software update released in the near future will bring new vehicle up and down logic, classic Bluetooth mode, co-driver Bluetooth headset connection, mobile phone Bluetooth key to open the tailgate and other updates.
The Lixiang One, described as an "electric-only large SUV with no mileage anxiety," was officially launched on April 10 last year with only one model, priced at 328,000 yuan after subsidies, and the Lixiang offers a four-year warranty of 80,000 kilometers and an eight-year warranty of 120,000 kilometers on its three-electric system.
The Lixiang One will be built on a four-wheel-drive electric platform and will offer a combined NEDC range of 800 km with a high-capacity battery pack and a high-powered extended-range power generation system, with a range of over 1,000 km in urban areas. The first mass production vehicles are due to be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2019.
